Rommel has worked in various companies where he was part of leadership and executive teams, taking charge of the legal function as legal manager, general counsel and company secretary beforejoining SRA. He has spent a significant part of his career in the IT/technology sector which included the management of the legal department of an Australian R&D subsidiary of a multinational Japanese electronics company. Rommel also has experience working in the resources, engineering and aviation sectors.

As Company Secretary & General Counsel, Rommel is responsible for SRA’s governance and providing legal counsel to the organisation.
