Paul has more than 40 years’ experience in sugar milling, sugar refining and sugar processing technology. As a former senior manager at Wilmar, he has been responsible for all aspects of sugar mill management. He has worked on and led technical projects across the global Wilmar sugar group and its previous incarnations, Sucrogen and CSR Sugar.

Paul brings deep industry knowledge and a broad sugar industry network to all jobs. As a Past President of the Australian Society of Sugar Cane Technologists, and Life Member of the Mackay Institute of Sugar Technologists, Paul maintains an overview of the cutting edge of the industry.

He retains an active interest in the industry as an independent consultant.
