Matt is an Project Officer based in Mackay. Matt’s role is to assist increased uptake and implementation of new and existing technologies in the sugar industry.

Matt has recently worked with natural resource management (NRM) organisations in Central Queensland, working with farmers on Best Management Practice (BMP) programs and practice change. He is a former Research Engineer with the Sugar Research Institute specialising in cane preparation, cane cleaning and harvesting.
