Principal Agronomist

Danielle is experienced in sugarcane agronomy and nutrient management research, climate forecasting, project management, field experimentation, research translation and grower engagement. She has contributed to the development of the SIX EASY STEPS nutrient management program. And conducted a PhD on using seasonal climate forecasting to guide nitrogen fertiliser application rates for sugarcane crops in the Wet Tropics.

Danielle enjoys collaborating in multi-disciplinary research projects that deliver tangible industry outcomes, working alongside industry partners to identify and solve local issues and mentoring new agricultural scientists and extension specialists.
