As the Australian Sugar Year Book is no longer published, SRA publishes select statistics on the sugarcane harvest with the permission of sugar milling companies.

Laboratory Manual
These methods have been developed over time to suit the conditions and circumstances of the Australian Sugar Industry. Where applicable, the methods have been developed along existing ICUMSA guidelines and include lists of relevant source material.
The Laboratory Manual for Australian Sugar Mills will be reviewed from time to time or as required by the Australian Sugar Industry Alliance, seeking appropriate technical input from Australian sugar mills and other qualified experts.
