Please join us as we hear from Dr Muhammad Shiddiky who has been collaborating with SRA on an innovation project developing biosensors, and has successfully developed a biosensor that can detect leaf scald bacteria from sugarcane field samples.
This ground breaking research used human cancer detection technology to diagnose plant disease. As recognition of his work, Dr Shiddiky recently won an Australian Government’s ARC Linkage Project Grant with the support of SRA.
